Vahe: Exclamation of appreciation; glories to the Lord 
Tere: You, Yours
Ji: Suffix, which expresses reverence, admiration respect
Bolo: Say! Sing! 
Nama: Name
Nitya: Eternal, unchanging, timeless, permanent
Hari: The Lord as the boatman for the ocean of samsara
with the body as the boat; the Lord, Krishna
Ram(a): Avatar of Treta Yuga; He was the embodiment of
sathya and dharma;
His name means literally: source of all happiness, delightfull
Krishna: He who attracts, draws the mind towards Him
Japiye, Japa: Reciting the Names of the Lord 
Shambho: A name for Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva,
meaning giver of joy, happiness en prosperity.

O Lord Sai Ram! Thou hast incarnated (Avatar) in 
different periods of time (Yuga),
as Lord Rama and Lord Krishna.
Recite the names of Allah, Jesus, Nanaka, 
Buddha, Zorastra, Mahavira and Rahim. 

Yuga: Age in the life of a universe.
Ke: of; belong to.
Avatar(a): the principle of, or the descent of God on earth.
Rama:
Avatar of Treta Yuga. He was the embodiment of sathya (truth) and dharma (justice).
Krishna: Avatar of Dwapara Yuga. He was the embodiment of shanti (peace)  and prema (love).
Sai: Divine Mother,  
Baba:
Divine Father.
Allah: name for God in Islam
Ishu: Jesus, Christ.
Nanaka: guru Nanak, founder of Sikhism.
Buddha: prince Gautama Siddharta; founder of Buddhism.
Zorastra: founder of the ancient Persian religion Zoroastrianism.
Mahavira: name for prince Vardhamana, founder of Jainism, meaning: great hero.
Rahim(a): name for God, meaning: merciful, compassionate.
Jai: glory, honor, victory; glory to Thee.
